Pay Rent and Condo Fees Online
1. Contact your property manager for your TenantPay number.
2. Go to your own financial institution's website and log in.
3. Add "TenantPay" as a payee and enter your TenantPay number.
You can now make online payments to your property manager or landlord!

Pre-Authorized Debit Form
Make rent payments a snap with automatic debit payments. To apply, download and fill out the form below. Then you can scan it and email it to firstname.lastname@example.org or REMS.Regina@colliers.com. To ensure automatic rent withdrawal for the following month, this form must be submitted no later than the 20th day of the current month.
How to Give your Notice to Vacate

If you're ready to leave your suite, there's a few things you should know. Notices must be received in writing at our office no later than the last day of the month preceding the month you intend to leave. Notices to vacate can be submitted online or you can download and send in a written copy. Please send notices to email@example.com or REMS.Regina@colliers.com.
